1. Contact a domain registration company to register a domain name (ie: www.yourdomainname.com) for your website. (ie: goDaddy.com, dreamhost.com).
2. Contact a hosting company to set up hosting for your domain name. (ie: goDaddy.com, dreamhost.com).
Usually the hosting company can handle both the registration and hosting of your domain name.
To Install
1. After your domain name is setup, UNZIP the file you have just downloaded and UPLOAD Web Builder For Artists files to your host server and domain name. (You can use the file manager provided in the control panel of your hosting company).
2. Navigate your browser to www.yourdomain.com/install/index.php
3. Create a MYSQL database on your host server. (This is done in the control panel of your hosting company under database management).
4. Enter the database name, username, password and database url into the form provided by Web Builder For Artists.
(This information is provided to you by the hosting company on successful creation of your database).
(The Web Builder For Artists installation process will create the necessary tables and information needed).
6. Click continue.
5. Enter your website information into the form provided by Web Builder For Artists.
6. Click the submit button.
7. Add your logo using the form provided by Web Builder For Artists.
8. Remove the install folder from the server (this could be a potential security risk) and you are done.
Using your ftp program or the hosting company's file manager, delete the entire install folder.
